converting mp3's for use as polycom ringers

first use mhWaveEdit and convert to 8 bit 8000hz mono

then

sox phonesring.wav -U -c1 phonesring1.wav

to put in g711

phonesring.wav: RIFF (little-endian) data, WAVE audio, Microsoft PCM, 8 bit, mono 8000 Hz
