What method do your clients use to backup data

A few months ago I setup one of my customers on the Zray Online Backup Service at three locations with around 30+ computers to see if it would make my job as an IT pro easier. Not more than two weeks later one of the hard drives crashes! All of their projects for the entire year were stored on that drive. When something breaks my customers look to me to fix it. Before using the Zray Backup Service I would have been feverishly trying to recover the data over the course of a few days with mixed results. Now I just replace the hard drive and restore the backup in minutes. Another satisfied customer.
