Need locker lighting ideas.?

Im thinking something like lights or a laser kinda thing. I just need some ideas. I made a circular laser projecter, but im not sure how to improve it. I also have a slow turning moter from a disco ball i took apart so any idea on how to make a new kind of disco ball that doesnt use power from an outlet would work too, if all else fails mabye tell me how to power a low watt lightbulb with batteries.

I had this great disco ball in my locker last year, it was from the company Board dudes.
it was a miniture disco ball hung by a string from a magnet that connected to the top of the locker! then there was a webcamed shaped light that suction onto the top op the locker.
