does anyonw know how to get rid of dry hair without cutting it off?

My hair seem frizzy and dry at times not to many split ends. does anyone have any great remedies for this? no vinegar please the smell always stays on my scalp .

okay well really the BEST way is to cut it off .
this happened to me and when my hair started to grow back it was so soft and wonderful. but before i did that i didnt want to cut it off, so i used hot oil treatments and leave in condtionars to help lock in moisture,that is your best bet .
but remember getting a cute littve cut can look so good on people so look into getting a shorter cut to rid yourself from the dryness and feel great once it grows back soft and beautiful !
