Garage band to I-Tunes help?

I clicked share and send song to I-Tunes from Garage Band. But the Mp3 size is way too big. It is about 66 Mb for one song. I need to make it smaller so it can fit on my Myspace music page. Is there a way on an I-Mac to make it smaller then put it back on I-Tunes with a smaller file size or is there any good websites that have downloadable files that can compress songs?, I tried one download but it was really complicated and I could not get it, so could you just briefly explain how to do the application if there is one. Anyways if anyone knows how to make Garage Band songs smaller or knows any well known compressors please help. Thank you.
By The Way- My song is only 2 minutes so if your thinking its too long.. I compacted the project in save as once and it did not make a difference. And I also tried it with out compacted it and there is no difference in file size.
