&lt;p&gt;You're not alone.  Most people who have used Go Daddy's email hosting service have encountered this problem but never knew how to fix it.  Well it's easy!  Just login to your Go Daddy email account and change the Accept non-Western (Latin) Messages field to "Yes".&lt;/p&gt;
